Really was high standard!! I know that sounds odd, but it was super high tech (every light and shutter in the appt controlled remotely), the kitchin was clearly installed to a very high standard, the bathroom was beautiful, the underground parking was very high tech and easy to reach.
We stayed with our dog, the host and appts were accommodating, but we didn't realise Luxembourg is generally funny about dogs. He had a wee in a soil covered bed which didn't belong to anyway, but the residents were grumpy about him having a week outdoors in a bed. You couldn't even see the wee (and it rained that night!). Anyway, after some looking online it turns out this experience is common in Luxembourg and they're very odd about dogs taking a wee or poo outside and want you to control when the dog wees, very weird lot. Although this was a one off, most of the city people were more normal!

An amazing location, the apartment was beautiful and loved the trails behind it. We also loved how secure it was.
The only small thing we didn't like was that it said it has AC but unfortunately it is controlled buy the building so it was hot in the afternoon.
