Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty. - It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour. - Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited.
