Staff was attentive and kind, mainly reception desk employees and canteen employees
Were problem solving people with good attitide and skills.
I didn't like that canteen provided the same food every day.
There were no new dishes siring my six-day stay, and it was awful.
The first 2 days it was acceptable but then it was bad experience and
I left the canteen hungry because I cannot eat every day the same dishes.
One more mention in the evenings I would like to order meal but
There was only pizza available, which I think is a drawback.

Good location, bus stop next to the hotel in both directions. Few minutes to the city centre and main attractions and to the airport. Clean and comfortable room. Kind staff.
There is a mini fridge in the room which is an advantage for the hotel but it was not shown on the amenities listing.
A lack of sockets for phone charge. There are many USB plugs but the charging speed is very slow

Everything mostly wonderful staff in the evening.
The staff at the reception in the morning are rude amd condescending. Particularly Estelle, she might hated her job but dumped it to the customers. The male staff were super nice especially the evening guys were very friendly.
