Prima verblijf en zeer zeker tot een volgende keer

Een ruime keuze bij ontbijt, zwembad en wellness waren top en het personeel vriendelijk en netjes.

Ik kan vooralsnog niets benoemen :-)

Gutes Frühstück, großes Zimmer, gutes Bett, alles sauber, nette Mitarbeiter. Alles wunderbar

Es war ziemlich kalt im Zimmer und dauerte über eine Stunde, bis es über die Anlage wärmer wurde. Mein Navi hat den Weg nicht gefunden, da es Baustellen in der Umgebung gab. Das gleiche dann mit dem Weg zum Flughafen am nächsten Tag. . Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber ich würde ein ganz aktuelles Navi oder Google Maps empfehlen.

Une belle soirée de détente après le travail, avant de s'envoler le lendemain pour Lisbonne !!!

La chambre de bonne taille, le lit hyper confortable. Le dîner était délicieux ! La piscine, le sauna et le hammam étaient bien agréables. Les alentours de la piscine très bien meublés et décorés.

Perfect choice for car travellers and large groups

Modern and large room, comfortable bed, free parking, excellent breakfast. Hotel is located in the outskirts of Luxembourg city, so it is easily accessible from the highway. This is lareg hotel with good availability - we're able to book 5 single rooms virtually in the last minute.

Great location, staff always cleaning, friendly staff, amazing big outdoor pool along with a inside one fitted with two sauna's free of charge.

Very enjoyable stay

Pool was a bonus as was the lovely restaurant. Parking area was also very large (and free). Everything was clean and modern. We asked for an adjoining room which they organised for us. Would be very happy to stay there again.

Our bedroom windows were next to terrace where people were seated so no privacy. Not a huge deal though - kept curtains closed.

Very nice hotel with proper rooms, comfortable beds and all amenities to your needs. Breakfast was very good and varied. The indoor pool is big and clean. Overal an very satisfied stay.

A lovely stay with the pool and gym an added bonus.

The location was out of the centre but easily acces by a bus which ran regularly throughout the day and took about 10 minutes to get in. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool and gym were great too.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room and breakfast was quite expensive.

I enjoyed the swimming pool facilities and had a good rest on a comfortable bed.

I have requested a room with double bed however I have been given two single beds put together. The gym has a very limited options.

Superb

Friendly staff, free parking. Spa facilities were brilliant and much needed after a couple of days riding. Tip..buses are free in Luxembourg and the number 4 takes you straight from the hotel to the city centre. Don't take a taxi as we found out.

Relaxing holiday but I had a bad taste because of the situation at the end.

The hotel is located in a forest outside of the busy city, it's relaxing and has many amenities. It has a huge parking place where you can park your car and a bus station nearby which can lift you for free to the city centre.

I would suggest the staff to properly inform customers that the full payment (not only the 80 euro amount for the bar) of your stay will be pre-authorized on your credit card at the beginning of your stay and you will actually need to pay that amount again at the end. So, even though it is a pre-authorization at the beginning of your stay, as a client you will have the amount on your credit card locked for 1 month and does not get freed-up before / when you actually need to pay at the end of your stay, meaning you will have to have double the amount of your stay available in your accounts. I find this, really inappropriate.

Overall, my experience at the Parc Hotel Alvisse was highly positive.

Hotel's location is convenient and easily accessible. Clean and spacious environment. The breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfying.

Mattress was a bit too soft for us.

It was relaxing and pleasant.

We enjoyed the pool area at most; breakfast was rich and tasty; the room was comfortable, spacious and clean, amenities were included.

The parking lot, though wide, was full and we had to drive back and forth before we eventually found a free spot.

As a 4-star hotel , the experience didn’t meet the expectations

1. Spacious rooms 2. clean 3. Decent breakfast

1. Furniture in the room was old . 2. We preferred a double bed but instead got 2 single beds 3. climate was warm and the air conditioning didn’t work well. Raised it to the hotel personnel but they said that’s the max and there is some average temperature setting , which didn’t make too much sense. 4. The person at the bar was very rude . We ordered a drink and the man was pushing us to pay . When we said pls put it on the room bill, he didn’t seem to get that and finally after explaining he agreed.

Comfortable stay - I'd definitely stay again.

Close to the bus stop - 2 minutes walk. Staff very friendly and really comfortable beds. Great pool and sauna. Also enjoyed the outside space to sit in the sun with our drinks. Very clean as well!

The bedroom was very clean but the bathroom decor could've done with a touch up in small areas.
