Swimming pool and steam room
Location too far out of the centre - a once an hour bus journey, and 2 bus journeys to the main railway station.
Breakfast somewhat overpriced, confusingly laid out and chaotic.
Staff unfriendly.
Could do with a makeover - tired, dated decor.

Swimming pool, good breakfast. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Big parking.

There's a lot of green around the hotel. The size of the room was also decent.
The mattress was absolutely abysmal, it sunk in the middle leading to us sliding towards the middle of the bed all night.
Room had a moldy smell like the carpet was wet.
Corridor leading to the pool also had a wet carpet smell.
In general there is 20 year old carpet absolutely everywhere in a hotel that allows dogs, not exactly the most hygienic choice.
The shower in the room did not have a movable shower head only a fixed one like the showers in a gym, not exactly a 4 star hotel experience.
The pool/spa area is poorly designed, noisy pool with kids playing right next to the sauna where you try to relax.
The window of the room opened right above some AC or other machinery so when opening the window there was quite a loud humming noise.
The hotel is quite old and it's been some time since it was last renovated, it looks a bit run down.
