Good enough to stay for few nights

Almost everything was good

Breakfast is a bit poor and room was straight above smoking area, so we kept window closed

Superb

Cozy feeling, terrase outside, friendly and accomodative stuff, location being on the round of the city which ensured that one could enjoy the quietness, yet, the the train station being just 2 mints waking distance away made it very easy to commute. Room facilities as described.

Room size was very small-something we didn't pay attention to when making the booking. Bedding sheets could have been taken better care of.

Practical hotel, would consider staying here again

Nice interior, very nice location - minutes away (on foot) from public transport. The only hotel I have been to, which has an amazing common kitchen with private lockers and a private fridge for every room.

The buffet area was organised in a small space and was often too crowded. The coffee machine had to be cleaned often which resulted in queues that blocks the space around it. Since my room was facing the backside, overseeing the outdoor restaurant space, it sometimes got noisy late in the evening.

quick to public transport but falls short on room size and comfort.

Close to the bus (which is free in Luxembourg)

Booked a double room and got a “small double room” across the road which was the size of a shoe box. If you can fit yourself and luggage at the same time it is a miracle. The breakfast is a buffet with simple items less than ideal for a 4-star stay (you have to boil your own eggs too!). A 1-star in Basel was far better than this. If you can, look for an Airbnb for the same price for a better experience.

The hotel was a really nice building in a nice location with easier access to public transport and the room was very nice and cleaned

there was no air conditioning in the rooms, we were feeling really warm inside the room and not able to sleep comfortably

Stylish overnight stop

Very stylish, contemporary property. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, tea & coffee making area and a good bathroom. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Cosy bar and good restaurant.

Our ground floor room overlooked the street and you could see in from outside of curtains were open. It’s quite a busy road so light sleepers could be disturbed by the morning traffic though we had no problem with this. It’s not that close to the centre - public transport is free however.

Wont be back.

The bed was ok and the TV was a smart TV.

The man who checked us in was very short. The room was actually across the road and on the top level in the roof cavity. The room was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in- you couldn’t even open the ensuite door fully as it was so tiny and not enough room. Not enough room for side tables, couldn’t put your phone anywhere but on the floor. The heated towel rail and power points in the ensuite didn’t work. Had to use the dryer in the bedroom. Not enough room to even open my suitcase. We booked in for dinner - wasn’t told it was a set menu or the price. Over charged for what it was. Pictures on booking.com definitely didn’t align with what we got. Buffet breakfast was scant and they didn’t serve enough food, multiple people were waiting for food to come out because it seemed as if the kitchen didn’t want to cook anymore… not worthy of the price we paid. Definitely won’t be back for the money it was….

Exceptional

the Hotel is just 3 mins walk from the railway station, and you can commute approx every 15 mins to the downtown (4-8 mins). The room was very clean and comfortable, personnel is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Restaurant and reception interior is great. There is a fireplace in at the reception area. And the rate I paid for the stay is very good as for Luxembourg costs.

My friend and I booked a double room for one night. The room was clean and the furniture was modern.

The room was small for the two of us and we had the impression that the room was sold to us as a double but in reality it was meant to be for only one person. There was only one chair, only one light by the bed, etc. Also, we did not like the fact that the bathroom door was see-through and it did not give us any privacy. A bit overpriced for what we got, but then everything in Luxembourg is overpriced.

didn’t meet my expectations

I booked a room for two people, me and my husband. so, room 310. It looked like dark, cold and wet basement. 1)There is mold on the wall in shower 2)The mirror hangs very low above the sink and every time when I bent down to wash face, I bumped my head against it. 3)It’s too dark in room. No extra lamps above bed. You have all chances to ruin your eyes by reading book. 4)Some incomprehensible cord from the chandelier hangs above the bed. Incomprehensible design decision 5)There is a transparent glass door directly opposite the bed. So when you’re lying on the bed or sitting at the table, you can see and hear what your partner is doing on the toilet, as in my case. I’ve been married for 10 years,and we know about each other a lot, but it’s to much. So, if you don't want to witness that, then you should roll to the wall. 6)When my husband went to toilet and switched on light, it made me to wake up every time,during the night. It seems to me, this room for one person, not for couple. For 158€ with the following conditions it’s to expensive. It doesn’t cost it’s money.

God option in Luxembourg!

Nice, modern and clean Hotel in a quiet district of Luxembourg. We had a problem with the TV and an employee of the Restaurant helped us when the room reception had already left. In general, we will recommend to our friends.

Poorly soundproofed, we heard the conversations of our room neighbours like if they were with us in bed ;-) There is no Lift in our zone, no problem for us but they should inform the customers in case they have mobility issues.
