I chose this property bc I grew up around the corner and wanted to feel like I was back home w my family in Charlotte. The craftsman style home was giving that vibe entirely. The whole house was modern and comfortable. The back yard was inviting and fun to be in. The kitchen and dinining room were well stocked for the family meal we shared. All the beds were extremely comfortable as was the giant sectional sofa and outdoor area furniture. All in all I couldn’t be happier with this property. I’ll next list the few things that were just minor issues. There were a few strange things that were by no means a deal breaker but I feel I must state them as they were the topic of conversation for most of my family therefore would expect future guests to also notice. Lots of shelves had clearly been ripped down. The shelves were gone leaving holes and dry wall anchors exposed. A couple vents on the floor were loose and easy to trip over as were the shower handles that never seemed to click over fully into overhead or wand. At least in the downstairs and main en suite upstairs showers. The drapes along the sliding glass door to the back yard had maybe been ripped down and the rod was left broken and the drapes only closed part way. The freezer drawers had a couple inches of ice that coated the bottom of both drawers and the refrigerator door was difficult to close without being very particular about adjusting the left one first before closing the other. Never heard back from the owner.

Our son ran the Charlotte Marathon and all of our other children cam to watch. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Fantastic location. So close to the South End and lots of food and breweries. We loved this house for the cleanliness, location and ability to spend time there eating and hanging out in the evenings.

We really enjoyed staying in your home. It was in a great location for walking to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, the light rail, etc. The home was spacious and enough room for all of us to relax and enjoy each other's company, My son especially liked the office since he did have to work some. Thanks for everything.
