Located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of an ancient building with windows viewing on the street and courtyard, this charming and bright apartment will accommodate comfortably 2 people. 65sq m, 1 double LR, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower), separate toilets. Nice hardwood floors, lots of storage. The double living room consists of two areas separated by old beams The Living Room area has a large sofa, bookshelves. There is a separate dining area and a little den with small sofa as well asa desk for wok/computer. The bedroom has a king bed. Nicely furnished with antiques, paintings, kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances.

Had a wonderful stay here! The listing does not do the apartment justice - it is a very large and spacious! Tons of windows so plenty of natural light. Apartment was clean, bed was very comfortable, and host was extremely responsive and helpful.There are indeed a good number of stairs to get to the apartment on the 4th floor and no elevator, but that’s the case with almost every place in Paris and we knew that going in so not an issue for us. My only comment that was that the towels were a little thin. Overall would absolutely recommend this apartment!

Excellent location, comfy big bed, large space, super clean, fun art thought the apartment. Washing machine is convenient and kitchen is good. Street is very quiet, but there is lots going on one block away (grocery, boulangerie, many restaurants and stores.) Louvre and Seine are a 5-minute walk. Owner is very accommodating and quick to respond. She has a nice info book about sights nearby and shopping. Love the neighborhood too! Don't miss St Eustace church. Largest pipe organ in Paris and you will be very lucky if you hear it!

Easy transport by train to”our” apartment! Wonderful location to everything! Some might find the walk to/from the Eiffel Tower a bit long, but everywhere else in the center city easy to access —wear good walking shoes! Apartment is cozy, spacious, comfortable and clean. Clear communication from our host. Highly recommend!

Good. Not very good. Just good. We were surprised at the large number of previous ‘excellent’ reviews. The apartment is secure and maintained, but cluttered and dated. Other than appliances, it appears nothing has been updated this century. Felt authentic for 1965. The courtyard and interior of the building are not well maintained. Dog mess never cleaned in the cobblestone courtyard, dimly lit aged circular staircase with gouges in the walls and an open ugly basement. And tho renters are warned it’s a 4th floor walk up - be aware - 84 stair steps. We thought we could have done better.
