Well equipped kitchen, stackable laundry in the large bathroom. Close proximity to downtown restaurants and bars, Fiserv Forum, theatre district and multiple other tourist attractions such as Summerfest grounds and lakefront. Walking distance to Pabst Mansion and The Rave music venue. This property is one of the grand mansions that used to line Wisconsin Avenue. Built in 1900. Loft ceilings in the apartment.

About a mile from Marquette up Wisconsin Ave is this rental gem. Tons of space and very comfortable. True, the neighborhood in this area has seen better times, but my wife and I never felt like that was an issue. Communication with owner was excellent and the unit was clean and as advertised.

We had a great weekend in Milwaukee at Irish Fest. The Meyer Mansion was an easy drive to the festival. The place is roomy and comfortable with lots of character!

The place had plenty of space for a family of 5. Very clean and updated. Many amenities. Great for people who want to stay at in as a big kitchen and eat in area. Very spacious and comfortable. Nrighborhood is a bit rough but no issues for us.

We’ve stayed there with family to watch one of our kids perform at The Rave and Summerfest. The rest of our group was staying at Marquette, so location was very convenient for us to go there. The neighborhood seemed empty, not sure how safe it is, but we had no issues. The house was very comfortable and well kept. The kitchen and restrooms were very well stocked. There was extra towels and linens. All the beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed in the living room. The beds in the second floor might be too hard for some, but I liked that there were different options. The two restrooms are on the third floor and there is a lot of stairs in the house, so I would not suggest it to anyone mobility issues.

This place was a pure joy to stay at. I would highly recommend this place to stay at if you are in the Milwaukee area. It was spacious, clean, and has wonderful areas to hang out in and just relax. Our entire group loved staying there and would once again stay there if we were ever back in the area. Great price! Great service! Great place to stay!

Great place to stay while in Milwaukee. Good communication from host. Had plenty of provisions, ie. towels, wash clothes and such. Location of property is right in the middle of it all. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a concert at American Family Field. Great location to Uber/lyft to places. House was great for what we needed it for!

Beautifully decorated. Stairs were manageable even with 2 of us having hip/leg problems. Easy to find.

The apartment is an antique lovers dream with modern upgrades. Most of the furniture was antique as was some of the fixtures, but the kitchen and bathrooms were new. The 42 stairs up and down were good exercise and start and end to each day exploring what Milwaukee has to offer. Great location and easy access to anywhere. However, definitely not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

We stayed here on 3/17-3/19 for my bachelorette party and we enjoyed ourselves, but there were a couple of things that could've improved our stay. Just a warning, there are A LOT of stairs to get to the loft. Having to carry our luggage up and down the flights was definitely not an easy task. There were 4 beds - 2 of the beds were in a room on the second floor and the mattresses were way too firm. Upstairs, there was a futon in a small area near the living room and a master bedroom. The bed and futon were a little more comfortable than the ones in the bedroom on the second level. The leather on the couch in the living room has definitely seen better days as the leather was fading but it was comfortable. Communication with the manager was very smooth - he responded almost immediately after my initial message. The area we were told by locals was not considered the best neighborhood, but we never had issues as we Uber'd everywhere. It was very clean as well. Overall, we were there for a short weekend so it worked for us, but just a warning, it was a ton of stairs.
