House was a little dirty, not that big of a deal… not enough kitchen utensils for our small group of six. Location worked out great. Neighbors were a little loud late in the evening on one of the nights. Host was available throughout our stay. Overall just okay.

Where to start. The house looked nice, at least from the outside because I never made it in. The host double booked and then told me I couldn’t stay even though I booked months in advance. He claims he tried to contact me but only sent a message THE MORNING OF asking how many guests and then never responded to my messages. I asked for him to be specific and then also told him I was having at least 9 people for a small gathering. Somehow I “broke house rules” by bringing nine people??…ok. I stated when I booked and it STATES clear as day, that only 3 people were staying the night. If I wasn’t allowed to have my gathering then something should have been said within the two months. Please don’t with the “this is false review” response. I have plenty of receipts and plenty people to vouch for me. Wasted my time and played with my money. Thanks for ruining my birthday. Truly an experience :)

The property was clean and inviting. Kids really enjoyed the pool. BBQ was a nice touch. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. All in all a great weekend! Thank you!!!

besides the home being beautiful, it was a bit dirty upon arrival. we have a crawling baby and their hands and feet were black after 30 minutes of roaming around. the rental lacked shower towels for all guests, swim towels, and hand towels. even lacked toilet paper so we had to run to walmart for towels, TP, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and BBQ equipment since their spatula was too flimsy to flip a burger. the neighbor in the back has their cameras facing the yard invading your privacy, and will talk to you through the cameras and press you about a little bit of noise and will turn their alarms on just to scare you. the restrooms hardly had any hand soap besides a half used dove bar soap, so that was also on our shopping list. there was also dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival. the patio furniture was worn out and dingy, didn’t have any cushions like in the pictures, and there was no furniture on the front porch either like in the picture. the yard is overgrown and unkept, so i feel like there was twice as many critters and flies. the jacuzzi was colder than the pool during our entire stay. we paid extra to check in early and for an “extra room” only for the “room” to be the loft upstairs with a small couch and chairs with no door, even though there’s a master bedroom upstairs with a locked door. only upside of the home is the pool and that the host was very kind whenever we talked on the phone.

This home was filthy. We were suppose to stay two night but could not stand how dirty it was. Left after one night.. the home spelled like drugs. Owner stayed past check in. He was drunk and high. I've been trying to speak to a manager at vrbo

I had such a fun time with my family and friends at Trayvon’s house. He was very responsive and super friendly. Super recommend this house if you’re having a small get together(:!

House is located in a nice neighborhood and is very quiet. Once I arrived at the house I had clear directions on how to get in and house rules. The owner communicated well and the house was very clean and enjoyable. It’s a nice place to send time with family. It’s lots to do there from the pool, jacuzzi, theater room, pool table, play ground and more. If you are searching for a nice place to stay in this area I do recommend this spot. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely book again.

The house was very clean and very nice. The pool area looked amazing but we stayed during an unusually cold time for California and it was too cold to swim. The only suggestion I would make is that there are areas of the house that are not part of the Vrbo and there should be some sort of note or lock on that door. I would also recommend some sort of written instructions for check out & rules for the stay just so I know what is expected of me during the stay. Overall, it was great stay. Thank you so much.

I booked the property for 3 nights so that my family and I had a place to stay together. The host delayed our checkin by about 2 hours after a previous guest lost the keys to the house. In my opinion if the house was booked for a new reservation this should have been taken care of beforehand. The following day I contacted the host to inform them of cleanliness concerns. The fridge was filthy with left over food and cheese crumbs all over. One of the bathrooms had urine stains, bathroom tissue residue and hairs behind the toilet seat. The bed sheets were also full of hair in the downstairs bedroom. The tile floor was extremely dusty and we had to mop the floors since they had a "no shoe policy". There was also a large dog in a cage in the backyard that barked all night, not listed anywhere in the description besides a "no pets allowed" rule. During our 2 night stay animal control came to the property and left a citation on the gate. After communicating my concerns to the host they responded in denial and rude through Vrbo chat/calls, handling it in an unproffessional manner. The host then requested my family and I to leave his property. This later resulted in countles hours of phone calls with Vrbo customer support after getting multiple disruptive calls from the host past midnight. I resulted in recording the phone calls and text messages to present to Vrbo since the host was demanding we leave his house from expressing our issues. We left on the second day. DON'T STAY!

This was my first time using Vrbo. And it was a great experience. We drove out to reconnect with some family. We got a place to stay for the weekend so they could come over and we could cook and hang out. And thats exactly what we did. There was a game room with pool and air hockey table. TVs in every room, a nice backyard. It was pretty windy so we didn't use the backyard like we thought we would but it we still had a very nice time. The owner was very nice, he checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay.
