Place was filthy! Trash in the hallway it smelled horrible! Room was not up to standard at all the remote for the TV didn't even work!

The room was nearly empty. There was no sense of comfort at all. The noise traveled through the walls as in the neighbors were in the same room. We were able to hear every single door slam, and toilet flush. The lack of courtesy completely baffeled me. The noise from the neighboring rooms lasted clear into the morning. Doesnt really leave the wonder of what type of people are staying in the room next to you. Its teuly said i was embarrassed to stay there with my son.

Hotel itself very dated and in need of repairs. Felt unsafe people allowed to stand in hallways and roam around all hours of day and night. Side door remained opened for entrance to hotel. Do not recommend and will no longer stay there.

When I went to check in rooms not ready. Then put me by elevator. Mattress and pillows uncomfortable. Room was dirty. Was a total disappointment. I checked out one day early and drove back to Missouri

The check in process was easy and quick. The staff was helpful especially in getting extra pillows. However, the bathroom was in need of updating/repair. The shower head was not adjustable, causing water to spray all over the floor. Also if I had needed to use the bath seat, it was loose and unstable.

Had a very pleasant stay here, very clean and great service from staff. I would recommend this place to anyone it was reasonable for the cost, and it was walking distance to all amenities needed. Satisfied customer.

The entire time we were there, the tv in the front room where I was working kept turning off every couple of minutes. I always have tv on while I work, and I must have turned in back on at least 20 times in 4 hours. We were at the hotel because our bathroom was being remodeled in our Apt., so instead of staying overnight, we just went home.

Very noisy all night. Occupant upstairs above me kept stomping and running around slamming doors. Arguing and fighting could be heard. Dogs fought right outside my door. Someone was roaming around after midnight could hear door handle wiggling. Although I had paid for a two night stay we left around 3pm didn’t want to spend another night there.

The floor was extremely dirty, my kids feet were black after taking a bath. There was a cockroach in the sink when we woke up the morning we left.

Room was very clean and simple for what we needed for just an overnight stay. We didn't need much, it was a plus that the room had a microwave and fridge. We definitely used the fridge to keep our snacks cold for the next day. Didn't use the microwave but it was a plus to have just in case. Loved that there was easy access to shopping literally across the street. Would stay again

Tv very small. Room very noisy. Bathroom door doesn't close properly. Key didn't work 4 times had to have staff fix it each time. No breakfast served. People in parking area begging for money and/or cigarettes. If you smoke marijuana this is the place to be as the entire property reeks of it. Would not recommend this place if you are traveling with small children.

When I check in there was a comment from a guest that it was so lauded that made sure I hear. It was in response to what front desk lady ask him. So my opinion is be careful what you chit chat to costumer because their response may be un respectful to other guess. Ugly experiences at checking.
