First I need to warn the readers to not use Apple Maps to get there because it will bring you to some random place on the other side of Toulouse. The chateau is out in the country side. It is a pretty building with beautiful grounds and the apartment we stayed in was very spacious, recently renovated with a terrific view of the adjacent county. The breakfast was typical French. What surprised us at the beginning was that it is also a retirement community. There are several adjacent buildings for the retirees and I think the chateau is used only as a hotel. We have not seen that before but it wasn’t really a problem and we enjoyed talking to some of them at breakfast. About a mile or two away there is a town where you can find restaurants and other shops. It’s about 20 minutes away from the center of Toulouse. So if you are looking for a peaceful place, i strongly recommend it.

The chateau camas is absolutely stunning, rooms and facilities are first class and the reception staff couldn’t be more helpful. breakfast is available to order and is quite varied.
A few things you should know, this chateau is also a home to the elderly offering 5 star residential accommodation so don’t be surprised to see active elderly in the coffee / cafe and other areas which you will be sharing with residents.
The setting is very rural gorgeous views but it could be quite isolating if you don’t not have transport. (We didn’t) the staff are helpful in ordering local taxi’s the costs do vary, uber is also an option but you'll need to order well in advance and be prepared for a wait.
There are a few shops, chemist, brassiere and supermarket appropriately 1 mile walk away, head out of the main gate and directly opposite follow the road M50-Toulouse, Balma. Balma-cyprie. Shops are on the left.
We would stay here again.
