The hotel is basic but affordable. The room was small but bed was comfortable and in a quiet area so good sleep after a busy day in Paris. Location is great feels amid local people which I like and close to nice places to eat, the Coulee Verte is right across the road and close to Metro and Gare de Lyon.
If you want to swing a cat not the room for you! Not much space but has shower room and TV. You could hear the room next door but other guests quiet. The bedding was polyester or something which made it a bit sweaty I'd prefer cotton sheets. That said it is good value for central Paris and I'd happily stay again.

The room did not have a dresser so we could not put our clothes away. A hassel with our luggage

staff are lovely
rooms look superior online. doors did not feel secure. not well signposted and the sign on the doors outside saying this hotel has closed down (potentially another hotel). booked a double and a single bed - got 3 singles
