We had a great stay at Hotel Chicago. Parking was easy to find and always available with very friendly staff to help navigate. It was a little tricky to find reception (go downstairs, to the end of the hall and up the elevator) but once again, the staff went above and beyond to help us out. The restaurant probably has one of the nicest views of Shkoder and make sure you go hungry for the included breakfast. The spread was very impressive and delicious. The room was very clean and quite big with be try modern controls for the room temperature, Do Not Disturb, etc. It

Well located in the heart of the city. On-street parking outside with help from security.
Reception is located on the 4th floor but the lift starts from the 1st level and only goes to the 3rd floor. Not that it was an issue for us but could be for others although there is a life on the other side that accesses the rooms which goes to all levels but not near where the parking is.
Impressive decor throughout. Great view of the mosque and the bustling streets at the dining area.
A set breafast which was nice enough. The only selection was how you want your eggs.
The main con is that the door for the bathroom is glass so little to no privacy with whomever you are sharing with.
