L’emplacement était très bien, les équipements dans le logement suffisants, la propreté générale également. L’hôte a été très sympathique et disponible.
L’annonce fait mention d’un parking privé alors qu’il s’agit d’un stationnement non autorisé le long d’un trottoir nous rendant susceptible de recevoir une contravention. Il est indiqué que nous disposons d’une borne de recharge électrique bien que ce ne soit pas le cas. Enfin une odeur de refoulement de canalisation dans la salle de bains.

Accueil sympathique, logement très propre et très bien équipé. Emplacement très pratique et parking gratuit et facile. Décoration sobre et de bon goût, construction récente et parfaitement entretenue. Espace extérieur commun à plusieurs logements très agréable.
L'insonorisation avec le logement du dessus est imparfaite ; on entend pas mal les pas et les bruits divers. Si les voisins sont corrects c'est peu dérangeant mais s'ils font la fête toute la nuit cela posera problème aux couche-tôt...
Par ailleurs la TV ne capte pas la TNT ni aucune chaîne hertzienne? Si vous êtes abonné à Netflix c'est sans problème.

La ubicación, la decoración y el equipamiento, correcto. Viajábamos 4 en coche, y reservamos para pasar una noche, cerca de la playa. Agradecimos que Alisson nos enviara las instrucciones para alojarnos. El viaje había sido largo. Muy cómodo para aparcar.
El apartamento es pequeño para 4, ya que se necesita todo el espacio del office para abrir el sofá-cama. Ideal para 2 personas.
