Encontrarme con las características que tiene el alojamiento, considerando lo feo y sucio que es el barrio que lo rodea.
El barrio en el que se encuentra, si bien queda cerca de la estación, caminar hasta el alojamiento intimida. Uno se siente inseguro.

The apartment is nicely renovated, clean and tidy, with everything you need, including a kettle and cups, and the bed is wide and very comfortable. Its proximity to the train station is convenient if that is important to you. Convenient self check-in.
It is a bit far if you are walking back from the center late in the evening, and the area did not feel safe. There was also a small misunderstanding with the keys, and instead of the promised 10 minutes, I waited 20 minutes for the owner. It was a trip for my birthday, and I wanted everything to be perfect, so this delay slightly spoiled the impression. It would therefore be good if the host personally checked everything before guests check in. Also, on the day of check-in, it is inconvenient to receive instructions via WhatsApp while travelling, especially with poor internet; it would be more convenient to receive them in the morning or earlier. However, I have no complaints about the accommodation itself — everything was very nice. Thank you.

Ci sono sicuramente alcuni aspetti organizzativi da migliorare. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere circa un'ora prima di poter accedere all'appartamento a causa di un problema di coordinamento con il servizio di pulizie. Un'altra criticità riscontrata riguarda l'impianto elettrico: con il condizionatore acceso, alcune luci e il phon tendevano a saltare frequentemente. Va però sottolineato che il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile, rispondendo tempestivamente alle nostre segnalazioni e fornendoci subito le indicazioni necessarie per risolvere il problema.
Anche il comfort dei letti potrebbe essere migliorato. Sono piuttosto bassi, era disponibile un solo cuscino per persona e abbiamo trovato un asciugamano macchiato. Nel complesso, tuttavia, il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura, ben collegata sia con il porto sia con il centro storico tramite i mezzi pubblici. Peccato soltanto per il quartiere circostante, che appare piuttosto degradato.
Nel complesso, un'esperienza discreta, con alcuni aspetti da migliorare ma compensati dalla disponibilità del proprietario e dall'ottima posizione della struttura.
