Everything. The communucation with Amy was effortless. We were able to check-in earlier than schdule. The house was clean & very spacious. A lovely stay.
Only a minor thing, there wasn't any dryer, just a clothes horse to dry your washing. Other than that, no complaints.

Good location for exploring Dorset coast. Weymouth is a lively seaside town. The house was very clean and well decorated and well suited to our family of four adults and two children, with two good showers and a downstairs WC. The kitchen was well equipped (good set of knives!). A big factor for us was the house being dog friendly! Weymouth beach has a dog area; Lulworth Cove also allows dogs in a specific area; Kimmeridge Bay allows dogs. Good range of supermarkets and shops nearby. Tesco Express very handy! Sea Life Centre was great. There was a lot more we could have done in Weymouth that we didn't have time to do in one week!

Location was great. Near to the beach, Weymouth Harbour, shops etc
Needed thorough cleaning, dusting, there were lots of hair (probably dog hair) on the carpet by the dining table - we had to vacuum as my son was playing on it. Dust in visible areas/corners. The bean bag in the living room smells like wee, and there was a distinct unpleasant smell in the living room
