Staying at the 9ten11 apartment was a wonderful experience, and our time there exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, modern, and well equipped, making us feel at home from the very first moment. Its location is also excellent, the surrounding area is lovely, and everything is within easy reach. We would especially like to highlight the hosts, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, they responded quickly and were always happy to help. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making their guests feel welcome and ensuring that they could enjoy a relaxing and worry-free holiday in Malta. We left with wonderful memories and would definitely choose this apartment again if we return to Malta. We wholeheartedly recommend the 9ten11 apartment to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation and truly outstanding hosts!

Best location I could imagine. Apartment is very very nice, clean and well equipped, nice view, perfect location. Parking is also solved. Highly recommended

The apartment is very well located, right in front of the beach. The real highlight is definitely the sea-facing balcony: it looks exactly like the photos in the listing, but it is even more beautiful in person. The view is wonderful and makes meals and relaxing moments on the balcony truly special.
The apartment gets plenty of natural light from early in the morning, and the rooms are spacious, also with balconies. There are shops nearby with everything you need for everyday essentials.
It is very well equipped, with large wardrobes, plenty of crockery, a washing machine and a dishwasher, which was extremely useful during our stay. There are also three good-sized, fully equipped bathrooms.
We loved our stay and felt very comfortable. We would definitely book again!

The apartment is spacious with enough kitchen amenities to cook a light meal. We were happy to have heat in the unit during January. Bed was comfortable. Location is good for walking along the coastline. Elevator is nice.
We specifically booked this apartment for the kitchen, the balcony, and the parking garage.
Unfortunately the road in front of the apartment building is closed (until April?) and we could not access the parking garage the entire stay. We could not use our balcony due to loud roadworks, cranes, and trucks all day immediately in front of the balcony. On two of our three days, jackhammers started at 7 am.
There was no notice in the listing that access to published amenities would be unavailable long term.
Reached out to management several times and we were told it was out of their control - true, but no offer to help us find alternative parking or provide a partial refund since we could not use multiple facilities we paid for.
We also had no running water in the apartment on our last full day, other than a little cold water in the kitchen faucet. We could not shower or flush the toilet. We advised management immediately but it wasn’t until the next morning that they offered for us to use the bathroom in a nearby unit (after we had already left).
We were told they would look into the issues and we never heard back.
