Actually the house is very close to Paris by metro! The métro was very close to the house. We reached Paris in 15-20 minutes. At the same time the street is quiet and looks like a village street, perfect after the tumult of the city.
The flat has everything you need and really looks beautiful/warm.
Antoine is very nice, anytime reachable and answers very fast.
