Room was great, including good bathroom facilities. Appreciated the decor and the included tea, coffee and simple continental breakfast options, and the upgrade to the double room too.
They were unable to take payment by international card, even though they had my exact card on file in case of cancel. I was required to go to take out cash and even then they did not have change to give me. Also the wifi didn't work during my stay.

The staff, very nice, all of them, good wifi, good food, quiet, good amount of cable channels. All individual rooms with private shower. AC excelent. its old but well kept. The location is the best feature plenty of good restaurants, clothing stores and gift shops and gelato icecream in front of the hotel. plenty of supermarkets and atm
more english channels, refrigerators in the room. more space in the clossets for folded clothing

The best is the location, walkable to Indiranagar Metrostation and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can stay for a night and hot shower works
The building is old, rooms are not maintained and cleaned properly. Mouldy smell, Bathrooms are bit pathetic. Would not recommend for families. Photos displayed on website never matches...
