Breakfast was awesome. Facility was built in courtyard fashion. However in the apartments (208) with bedrooms the a/c split for the A/C was on the living space was required to have the A/C at 20 degrees to reach the bedroom to cool. then it made it to cold to sit in living room. Design flaw in putting split on wrong wall to provide ventilation. Both ceiling fans were out of balance and sounded like airplane takeoff. The refrigerator motor was so loud all the time.

The place was clean, confortable and near tijuana center.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooftop patio was nice. Beds were comfortable
Kitchen was sparse with some dirty dishes. No remote for TV. Shower head was corroded and fell off. Floors were dirty. Main bedroom glass block window was blinding in the morning
