The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our group. The location was excellent, only around six minutes from the racecourse, which was very convenient for us. The sofa bed was particularly large and comfortable, and the property accommodated everyone well.
Charles, the owner, provided excellent customer service from the beginning. He communicated well, shared his contact number, helped us with parking and was very understanding about us arriving with a hired van and as a group. He was also extremely helpful when we needed additional pillows and other items, making sure we had what we needed. His willingness to help made the whole stay much easier
There honestly wasn’t anything significant that we didn’t like about the property. Our only disappointment was that we would have loved to stay for two nights, but unfortunately the property was already booked for the following night.

Spacious and well equipped in a central location but quiet. Handy for train station.
Nicely presented inside.
External appearance.
Permit holders only for parking which meant we could not park before 4pm, even though we arrived early. So we had to pay to park to explore the city from lunchtime.
