Kleines Haus in guter Lage, mit kleinen Mängeln, die man sicher gut beheben kann.

Sehr gute Lage. Strand in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Meerblick aus der ersten Etage. Bequeme Betten. Im Sommer dürfte der Garten gut zu nutzen sein.

Verdunkelung nur eingeschränkt möglich, da defekt. Gäste-WC (ebenerdig) nicht nutzbar. Kühlfach total vereist. An einigen Stellen nicht gut gereinigt (Spinnweben, Staub).
