Pleasant hostel with friendly staff.

There are no windows, ceiling fans or AC in dorms. They installed table fans which is not at all good on hot humid day. Common washrooms have no proper waterflow, takes lot of time to fill a bucket.

First and Foremost the property is located well within the city limits with good access to eateries, transport services and temples. There is a nice park near by to walk around. Property is maintained by well by the Care takers( Bhaiya and Didi ) . They really did justice to the maintenance part. Since the property is relatively small compared to other properties and since it is located right in front of a school and a temple , it would be better if the management implement strict ban on smoking or drinking within the premises as smoking with the near vicinity to schools are not inline with the law. Moreover there are several occasions where the other guests are subjected to passive smoking. There was one occasion when someone who was drunk was pestering a non drinker in the dorm with insane queries. As an observer to all these , despite the beauty of the well maintained gardens ( could have been filled with some more native Indian flowers and trees too ) the other elements like smoking has caused some disturbance to the guests by making them get subjected to passive smoking.

Well there are several improvements that the Management need to focus upon to improve and sustain the competition and to keep up the rank and quality of service :- 1) Since the toilets and bathrooms are limited at the ground floor the management may CONSTRUCT COUPLE of MORE TOILETS and SHOWERS in the store room up stairs so that first floor guests may use it and guests don't need to wait for rest rooms. 2) One more over head tank above store room may be fixed for water supply to those rest rooms. 3) Impose strict BAN on SMOKING and DRINKING inside the premises ( Close vicinity to Children school and Temple). 4) As there were only two cloth drying stands and was in use most of the times few guests found it difficult to figure out a free one. So kindly provide couple of more cloth drying stands as more or less the existing ones are being used for internal purposes by the caretakers. Let the guests be empowered with dedicated cloth drying stands. 5) Books ( that were placed to read ) were pretty old and dusty . Kindly replace then with new books in various genres . 6) Wall clocks were missing in the dorms and common areas. 7) COCKROACH repellent used were full of chemicals and caused breathing suffocation to the guests , so kindly replace them with HERBAL ones . There are many repellants and spray which are made with natural ingredients with good fragrances in Organic shops. The management needs to focus upon it seriously. 8) Let it be ensured that during night 11pm to morning 6am silence is maintained inside the premises and let the caretakers advise the guests incase if there are some noises around considering other guests sleep and peace. 9) Once LPG issue is fixed guests may be allowed to use the kitchen for cooking with gas stoves. 10)Eco friendly Mud Pots may be provided to the kitchen for storing drinking water and consumption during summers. 11) Couple of Chappe ( Natural sleeping mats ) may be provided to guests for people who love it.

Firstly, the staff wasn't much of an help. Air-conditioned is mentioned in the booking and the room was supposed to be accessible to terrace. However, i was provided with neither of them. Allowing some person late night to the dorm, disturbing my sleep
