It was just what we were hoping for. Isobel and Liam were great hosts. Friendly and informative. The breakfasts were also great… omelets and fruity yogurt pots and unlimited coffee with freshly baked scones.

Lovely breakfast and room was comfy. Staff at the evening party were great.
The rooms have fridges which have been genetically modified to be. .. .... cupboards with a light on inside. I thought it was broken so I phoned Reception. No they said. They aren't fridges. They just keep things at room temperature. So, like a room then. Or a cupboard. False economy as it makes you wonder what else they're skimping on. And it's a 4 star Hotel.

The gardens, although small, were well kept and nice area to sit in.
The room was nice and clean.
Staff were friendly.
Food was good.
Looks run down from outside when you pull in.
There was nothing to do all day as the spa area and swimming pool were closed.
I’d have thought they’d have offered us the other central garden spa area as an alternative but no and it was empty.
