Location. Modern well arranged
Heat control was hopeless. External temp 22, but internal up to 29! Blinds only make issue worse. Window in one bedroom couldn’t be opened (no key). One blind missing from lounge No bread knife. Caffetierre too small for 4 persons View certainly includes sea - but hardly front line position

Great location, clean, well equipped & very nice.
This is not a negative point but it was very hot. Aircon would have been most welcome, but equally this year is an exception weather wise.
