This property has been refurbished to a very high standard with beautiful fixtures fittings and furniture. It has a lovely sunroof Terrace and garden which is private.
Upon arrival using the bathroom within the first few minutes the flush broke. We then noted the sliding doors to the garden do not lock the TV remote also did not work so we had to purchase new batteries ourselves. Soap dispenser in the main bathroom was broken. Toiletries provided for four adults as the listing states shower gel shampoo were tiny little sample bottles two of each which would do one person one day.
We contacted the WhatsApp number given to us for any issues within the first five minutes of arrival. We were answered quickly and about an hour later after we had also messaged a second time to ask about the non-locking doors a lady turned up to look at the toilet situation. She spoke very little English but was very nice. She advised us someone will be coming out to fix it having tried herself without success. Awhile after she left we were then asked to take photos of the flush for the Plummer when I sent a photo of it we were then asked to take it off the wall as it is built into the wall to take photos of the inner workings. We were not prepared with no tools and no knowledge on how to remove it to do so and suggested that this might have been a thing the lady who turned up earlier may have been able to do herself as we are paying guests. We then got the next day a message from we assume the Plummer or maintenance to send yet again another picture of the flash. From that day on no one came to fix it and no one contacted us regarding the non-locking sliding doors to outside.
A couple of days in the armchair in the living room gave away and my 75 year-old father ended up on the floor of the apartment because the leg had come off the chair. On inspection it was obvious the leg had been super glued to the chair from a previous incident we do have photos to show this. We reported it to the owners and all they said was thank you for letting us know.
