It was clean, close to the beach, secure for kids and quiet.
The shower was a bit run down and needed some tlc but it still worked ok.

Location, clean, plenty of seating and great facilities both in the house and outside.
Broken curtains not that hard to have better quality for keeping out light, currently they are broken and missing slats, not a good thing.
Towel rail missing 2nd bathroom , replaced by guest and guest queen bed old or poor quality and uncomfortable, not a pillow top.
