Amenities were great, little mini mart at the end of the lane that was great for last minute items (Beer, bread). Easy walk into Seminyak shopping, restaurants, bars and supermarket.
All you could have ask for was supplied from toothbrush packs to mozzie repellant. Plenty of Australian power adapters also, maybe just bring a couple of power boards for extra devices.
Even though there was a tourist book on Bali in the Villa, maybe some up to date flyers on things to do in the area or further away would have been nice.

Included breakfast was delivered from a nearby restaurant/café in takeaway containers. Was not what we were expecting (cooked at the Villa) but it was tasty and well presented all the same. Villa had a wonderful interior design and feel. Made you feel like you were on holidays.
As in previous comments the water pressure from the shower in one of the rooms was insufficient. Fixing it should be a priority to meet the standard of this Villa. Villa was a distance from the main area of Seminyak but taxis were easy to catch and only a AUD$5 10-15min drive.

Unsere Betreuung, der Adi war einfach toll. Er hat immer gefragt ob wir was brauchen und jeden Tag saubere Handtücher gebracht. Und wirklich super, super freundlich.
Die Villa sah auf en Fotos top aus. Leider wenn man näheren Blick drauf geworfen hat, eine reinste Katastrophe. An sich war es nicht schmutzig aber vieles alt, kaputt und Verwahrlost. Das Badezimmer, Wasser fließte nicht ab im Waschbecken, hat gestunken nach Gulli und Dreck weil es einfach alt war und man bekam das nicht mehr sauber. Ich habe mich einfach unwohl gefühlt.
In der Küche kaum Ausstattung. Ein Topf und eine alte zerkratzte Pfanne. Kein vernünftiges Messer zum schneiden( habe mir selbst eins gekauft)
Das Geld war einfach nicht wert.
