Come a casa!

This is a spacious, bright, and cozy apartment that is perfect for a small family.
It was quite clean. While it is not brand new, everything is in good condition and works fine.
The kitchen has everything you need (except for a dishwasher), including a full-size bathtub, plenty of towels. Decent Wi-Fi connection.
There is free private parking.
Check-in/out was completely contactless via a lockbox, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive.
The location is close to a nearby town with supermarkets and cafes (I highly recommend Futterkrippe for delicious and reasonably priced schnitzel and fried fish).
Not downsides, but things to note:
You need to pay for a tourist card separately (2.10 EUR in cash per adult, per night)
Using the washing machine costs a symbolic fee of 3 EUR.
The staircase leading up is quite narrow.
The TV lacks Smart features (I couldn't get it set up).
Noise levels can depend on the neighbors, though we didn’t have any issues.
Anyway excellent value for money.
