The location is fantastic, spot on. We felt very safe and the area is quiet compared to being on a really busy street.
The size and facilities of the apartment are just what we needed.
There is an issue with the Kitchen floor being spongy from a water leak at some stage, This can be sorted though but it's quite difficult dodging it constantly. A lick of paint to tidy it up and some new clean cushions new pillows and a little tlc would make this 100% rather than 90%. If these things were sorted we would Definitely stay here again due to the location.

La localisation de l’appartement (proche des commerces, des musées, …)
Le haut taux d’humidité H24. La connexion internet obtenue avec difficulté (plusieurs messages vous ont été envoyés). L’accès à la télévision seulement 1 jour. Le plancher de la cuisine a du subir précédemment et certainement 1 dégât des eaux et lorsqu’on marche sur les lattes, on s’enfonce. En cas d’incendie ou incident dans le hall d’entrée, il n’y a pas d’issue de sortie car les fenêtres de l’appartement sont cadenassées. Le sol de la douche est hyper glissant quand on prend la douche.
