Lovely home from home experiance.. has everything needed for a comfortable and calming stay.
Beds clean and comfortable.
Hosts provided fruit, coffee, tea and milk aswell as other condiments.
I adore Lancaster and been back and for on many occaions but this was our first break there. Pleased with the overall service.
Floor is uneven and I personally do not like laminate flooring.. must wear slippers which I always take with me anyway but can be quite slippery if wearing just socks. May not be suitable of those that find it difficult to walk around as they can fall due to uneven flooring.

This was a lovely home from home. It was perfect for a family stay close to the city centre. The bed was also extremely comfortable so we all had a greats sleeps. We received bread and butter and little bits and bobs which was lovely to see as a welcome gift. The house was cosy and we had everything we needed.
We also found a great space at the back of the property which was a huge bonus. There’s also a small outdoor space which was lovely as my mum is a smoker so this made it easier for her. Overall brilliant stay.
When you come out of the property and walk to the end of the road you turn left and the bridge to the city centre is right there which just made the stay so much better.
There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property but the only thing I would give constructive criticism is for the shower. You had to put it on eco for the temp to be consistent but the power wasn’t the best.

Well equipped, clean, comfy, and really good value. Perfect place for us to stay for a wedding nearby!

The beds and bedding were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the house was warm . Nice touches such as fruit, bread and warm blankets on the sofas. Ideal location for the city and river walks, we didn’t need the car at all.
Decoration was a little tired, front door wouldn’t shut unless you locked it, other doors didn’t close properly, uneven flooring downstairs, it felt a bit neglected and unfinished.
