Hosting is something that should be done with care and genuine hospitality. If you do not have that mindset, then hostin

Nothing at all.

The location of the apartment is in such a bad area that there are people using drugs, injecting themselves, and smoking methamphetamine on almost every street and corner. In addition, walking to the city center takes nearly an hour. Around the apartment, the smell of urine is everywhere, making it difficult to walk and even breathe comfortably. Inside the apartment, you can also see cockroaches. One of the beds was in such poor condition that it was almost impossible to sleep on because the springs were sticking into your body from every side. The hot water system was also strange. It felt outdated and inconvenient, and I did not like it. Communication with the hosts was difficult. They seem to have memorized one response: whenever you ask anything, they simply tell you to watch and read the video package they had already sent before. Instead of that, even a simple “yes” to a basic question would have made things easier, but it felt as if they did not want to communicate at all. Because of this, we did not experience any hospitality. We arrived in Athens very early and asked if we could check in a little earlier. They did not accept it. However, the apartment was most likely empty because although they repeatedly said that entry before 3 PM was absolutely impossible, I took the initiative and entered at around 2:20 PM myself, and the apartment was completely ready with no issues at all. Even though I told them I was outside carrying my luggage, they never informed me that I could enter earlier. If it had been up to them, I would have spent another one or two hours wandering outside unnecessarily. For all these reasons, I am giving this place one star, because it does not even deserve two. The same thing applied to check-out as well. I asked if I could have a late check-out of just 30–45 minutes, but they did not allow that either. They said the cleaners were already on the way and would arrive within five minutes.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Nektariou due to the location and the size of the apartment

We received clear instructions on where the lockbox. The code was easy to apply and gain access to the property. We have family living nearby so the location made it easy to walk to their home.

The lighting could be improved. The evenings were cool so some blankets could come in handy.

Very uncomfortable stay and not worth the money👎👎

Spacious and good location

The apartment was full of cockroaches, no lights in the toilet, no one bothered to come and fix the light until a day before we were supposed to leave they call and text asking to send electrician that too after 4-5 contacts to them, but we were out so could not happen and the next day we were leaveing anyway so no use. There a guy was rude on the phone when i reported about toilet lights 4th time but the girls were polite. Cockroahes were every where on beds, toilet, toilet, living room my little daughter was frightened to sit or sleep in night. They did send some pest guy to put some spray which increased the situation rather than helping 🤦🏻‍♂️🙁.. Horrible mattress they were very uncomfortable and even my wife fell down soon she sat on the bed the mattress went in bed and it made her fall. We both end up with bad back pains..... Lights throught the property were very dull you will feel headache. No doubt the lights were fancy in looking but so low and too yellowish. A fan in the property will be a good idea as can not use AC all the time over all it was a bad choice...🙁
