Location advantage only

The location was excellent. That’s it…

I stayed for 2 weeks, but towels replacement and bed making were done only twice during my stay. Cleaning service was not available. Overall, house keeping service seems no working.

5 / 10

Mediocre but good location

Good location. 20 mins walk to centre and only a half hour train ride from the airport.

The bed was hard. The shower was useless, a trickle of water at most times so the pressure was clearly low and the temp was either ice cold or scalding. It said the rooms were soundproof but they were not you can hear the bars and restaurants outside and hear the other apartments returning and using the stairs The stairs into the apartments are a death trap. Narrow and steep , difficult with cases and the first steps is coming away.

5 / 10

Great location, no AC, weak facilities and at most a decent level of cleanliness

The location is great with lots of places to eat around it and a short walk to get into the city center; it's really close to the metro, another great thing about it.

The rooms were not exactly clean; not dirty either but the general level of cleanliness would be 6 out of 10. The hot water when you're taking a shower is hot for about 5 seconds out of every 20 seconds, making it a challenging and annoying thing to do. But the worst part is the AC - the room should be equipped with AC but it's a small portable unit that doesn't do anything and can't take the temperature down by even 1 degree. With the room being the actual attic of the building and temperatures above 30 degrees (37 degrees on our first day) and no actual AC, no nets on the windows, we had a hard time sleeping or spending any time in the room. And opening the window in one of the rooms during the night was not an option because of the noise made by all the vents from all the restaurant kitchens around - aside from the smells, it was like having a truck engine turned on in your room.

7 / 10

Nice location.

Location and spaciousness

The apt was super hot and the AC was extremely loud so it was not quite convenient to sleep during the heatwave.

Apartment is very good, clean and the location is amazing. Everything is nearby, restaurant, shops and the metro station.

Staircase is very steep and a conventional stove is missing.
