Newly refurbished apartment in a great location. Quiet street on Chevron island, approx 5 minute walk to the local shops and 10 minutes walk to the beach and heart of Surfers Paradise. Apartment is one bedroom with plenty of hanging space. There is a lovely outdoor area at the back but unfortunately it rained the entire stay so we weren’t able to use it! Luckily there was a smaller outdoor area by the kitchen which was under cover which was great. All in all a nice property.
We did not stay in apartment 3 pictured, we were in apartment 4. It’s pretty much the same except it only has 1 sofa bed and 1 armchair. As there were 3 of us, when our son was in bed we only had 1 chair so some extra seating would have been helpful. We were also travelling from London so had a lot of luggage. Whilst there is a lot of hanging space there is not much drawer/cupboard space so we did struggle a little to find space for luggage. There is also no blind/window covering in the lounge so the sun wakes anyone in the sofa bed early. There is only a tumble dryer, an indoor drying rack would be a helpful addition. Also no welcome pack to explain how everything works, we got the WiFi details from the tv and had trouble figuring out the washing machine so had to ask for help. There are quite a few snacks and drinks provided which you would expect to be complimentary, however messages received advised they would be charged if no review is left and no indication of prices that might be charged.

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything in Surfers Paradise. The free parking was a huge bonus, and the check-in process was simple. It was a great place to stay for a short trip.
The walls were quite thin, so you could hear some noise from outside and neighbouring rooms. Other than that, everything met my expectations.

Was great location with easy parking, inside had everything I could need and more and looked exceptional.
Not too much to speak of here, maybe the ac remote could be a little more easier to use but other than that it was a great stay.
