Very bad condition rooms with full of bedbugs, spiders. Staff don't how to deal with customer. Bill not given for the amount paid

The wardrobe is dirty. The cups has brown residues. The toilet sink is also not in a clean state.

Location is excellent, and very centrally located. Departmental store, salon very close by. The staff are friendly and prompt. Room was comfortable & clean. The size of the room was good enough for two of us. Only the water for bathing was not warm enough.

Good breakfast

The rooms were pretty old and not that clean to begin with. A complimentary breakfast was given in our rooms. Had the smell of cigarette smoke all the time with very poor AC. Still good enough if you are not planning to stay in the room and would only come in for resting at night.

Rooms were not properly cleaned, we were charged more than the amount mentioned on booking.com site and additional early check in and additional person. Facility and cleaning were meaning less, just a formality and the cleaner always takes away towels and don’t give new towels and we had ask for it everyday.

after confirming the booking online and planning all the schedules they cancelled the booking with only half a hour notice. they don’t bother about the customer. if they have a better deal they go to it. they don’t respond properly and also behave arrogantly when asked for the reason.
