located in a quiet area.
The host even recommended a few eating places near to the property. Had dinner from the recommended places which was quite good.
there are a few shops nearby so it is very convenient.
The bathroom need proper cleaning.
The air condition in the master bedroom is not cold enough. Maybe need cleaning or service.

There are 3 room. Two room upstairs are very spacious. They even provide extra pillow and blanket. There are other useful facilities like iron, washing machine.
Its quite far from uthm but its okay as the price is very affordable.

Ruang yang sangat luas, selesa, bersih. Harga pun sangat berpatutan. Owner rupa sangat friendly and tidak rushing untuk kami keluar dari rumah and tidak ada banyak soal.
Bilik tingkat atas satu je ada air cond, satu lagi takda air cond so bilik tu bahang sangat and panas. Rasanya owner boleh pertimbangkan untuk letak aircond or kipas lebih kat situ. Sebab lepas mandi pun masih bahang.

Check-in easy. If you just take a nap, it's okay
The bed was a bit dirty, hair was seen on bedsheet.
The door handle of one of the rooms was broken and the door could not be closed tightly. It was very noisy at night.
No water heater, no way to take a shower. I could only take a shower at a friend's house nearby and then go back to sleep. In the end, I booked 2 nights and only slept 1 night. I gave up the last night because it was too much trouble.
