You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing. 4) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth. 5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor.
