Situated in Canon City, this attractive house for $116 per night is a great choice for your next break. Experience the beauty of Royal Gorge while staying at this quiet &cozy 3-bed/2-bath home in Canon City! Loaded with essentials, this home away from home features Smart TVs, high-end appliances, and a workspace, ideal for getting work done on the road. After a day of exploring The Royal Gorge Bridge & Park, Skyline Drive, or rafting on The Arkansas, there’s nothing like returning home and relaxing on the patio, grilling, and enjoying an evening of pool, darts, and air hockey in the game room. For safety/security reasons, we ask that you not open the garage doors. We host traveling professionals & personnel 30+ day stays. The guest/house manual has a lot of useful information to include local trails, resource guides, restaurants, Wi-Fi info, etc. it is located inside the home and we ask that you review it, as it helps answer some of the most commonly asked questions about our home and area. There is a blue garbage can out front of the house that is for your use should you have additional garbage. The garbage is picked up on Wednesday morning so we will be by Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning to roll it out to the street. Check-in is after 3pm. We do not allow late check-outs. During the summer, if you are staying over on a Monday, there will be mowers stopping by to mow the front and back yard. We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs (with a fee). Please add your dog(s) to the reservation. Additional dogs may be considered for an additional fee. Please inquire prior to booking. You must agree to use the pooper scooper provided to pick up after your pet(s). You must also agree to use the provided dog blankets and covers on the furniture if your pets are accustomed to getting on the furniture. We have designated dog towels for their use if needed. These can be found in the labeled cabinet in the kitchen. Please note that since we do allow dogs at this house, our cleaners do their best to thoroughly clean after each guest however there may be places that dog hair hides so if you would prefer, we have other places that we don't allow dogs. For all our safety, there is a security camera on the front of the house facing the street, one at the front door in the doorbell and one facing the backyard. Audio and video recording is triggered by movement. There are deer, rabbits and some variety of wildlife that may walk past during your stay. Please be respectful as this is their home and do not chase them. Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP :) We would love to have you stay with us again and please make sure you add us to your wish list by clicking the heart in the upper-right hand corner. Any items left behind and not claimed will be donated after 30 days. If you wish to have them mailed back to you, there will be a $30 fee for s/h required before sending, and we mail on Friday's. I highly recommend this place to anybody specially to my family. Its my first time reviewing rental place. Everything was organized and good place to stay with little ones and fur babies.

This house was wonderful. Most equipped property I’ve ever stayed in. Pet friendly for sure. Absolutely huge backyard for dogs to run around. Property managers thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We stopped for a two day trip in Canyon City. This house has everything a traveler could need. I mean, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, q tips, luggage table for each room, a coffee bar, multiple tv streaming options. Very pet friendly. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio after a day of exploring. We had a wonderful stay!
