The Space: Double doors bring you into an open plan living/dining space, flooded with light from a wall of glass bricks which also minimise outside noise. A stylish screen blocks the house’s interior from the street, and to the left is a little table setting for 2 people. You then move into the living/dining space featuring polished floor boards and beautiful artworks throughout. There’s a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa, an occasional chair, a 65” smart TV with a curved screen that comes with Netflix, a soundbar, and a floor rug for winter comfort. Just beyond this space is the dining area with a wood-topped table for 6 people, 2 more occasional chairs, a ceiling fan and fireplace that’s been converted into a gas heater. The dining area flows through to a well-equipped kitchen, offering a breakfast bar and 4 stools, a 3-burner gas cooktop, an under-bench electric oven, LG dishwasher, family-sized fridge and an under-bench microwave.
