The only positives were the location and that it was clean.

It is a small old house with no insulation. Floors and walls were crooked which meant the doors either closed by themselves or wouldn’t stay closed. The floors are all slanted so it felt like you were in a theme park room. Bedding was extremely thin and no extra blankets were available (we asked). We were told to run the air con all night, which we did. But the cold air was coming in through the doors and windows. The bedrooms had oil heaters which we ran all night but still had to wear track pants and socks to bed. It was freezing inside, at Spring time in Sydney. The property was managed by AirKeeper who commiserate with your messages but have no solutions.
