Full-size laundry, home gym, home office, and a Tesla charger make this your home away from home. 4 bedroom home - 3 full/queen beds and one bunk bed. Bedrooms are huge! Most rooms have a workspace as well. Kitchen is fully furnished with Keurig, drip coffee pot, air fryer, blender, stainless appliances, granite, and cookware. Loft area has tons of books and games for family fun, along with a decked out basement with ping pong, foosball, darts and wet bar. Each bedroom/bathroom has major toiletries, hair dryers, towels, and extra blankets supplied, and ironing board and iron are provided as well. Screened in porch, fire pit, and deck give ample outdoor living space. 2 car garage with Tesla charger are also available, with smart lock access to front door and garage. Owner lives in home when guests aren’t present, so property is loved and cared for immaculately. Entire home is open for you, except for master bedroom, which will be locked. Additional 4 bedrooms are fully available.

We had a quick weekend stay in Kim's place. Beautiful home with plenty of room for our family of six in a nice, upscale neighborhood convenient to stores and restaurants. Kim was also very responsive. Great spot to stay!

A wonderful property in a beautiful neighborhood. With bedrooms on two different floors and bathrooms on all three floors, there was plenty of room for 3 couples to spread out. The kitchen and dining area was large enough to accommodate cooking, eating and visiting. Check in was easy and the host responded to our questions quickly. We had a great time!!

This house was perfect for an unexpected funeral visit to KC. The house was perfect for our large family with plenty of space and nice amenities! Clean and well kept we enjoyed our time at this house. The owner was very helpful with our travel schedule and super kind!!! Lots of activities for our kids in house already. Nice beds plenty of supplies provided. Quiet and very nice neighborhood. Highly recommended this listing.

Four retired ladies got together for our annual trip. We did not cook but the kitchen was well furnished. The location was excellent. Much shopping and many restaurants within a couple of miles. We enjoyed the beauty of the home, quiet neighborhood, and the location. Highly recommend. The host was very responsive.

We had unexpected travel to KS and needed a last minute booking and this place was exactly what we needed, close to the hospital, and such a relaxing place to come back to after a very busy day. The house has so much space and the set up very nicely with everything that we needed. The host was quick to respond. Would definitely book with this host again.

We had a wonderful visit. Nice to have a large house with indoor activities as we experienced rain on multiple days. Nice central location for visiting attractions in the area and the neighborhood was very quiet.. House was well cared for and ideal for our son's dogs..

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Very nice house and such a comfortable bed. We felt completely at home and we so appreciated the owners accessibility and accommodations. Our pups loved the backyard and just perfect location for events at the OP Convention Center.

This home is nestled in the most beautiful neighborhood, perfect for strolls all day. Very quiet surroundings, but close to stores and restaurants. The house was perfect, so much room to spread out and enjoy all the amenities. Communication with the homeowner was very very easy and quick. We will definitely stay here again when back in Overland Park.
