Relax on the balcony and listen to the waves.
Guest access
Parking is anywhere along the fence line only. Do not park under covered parking.
Other things to note
No parties, no loud music, no large crowds.

House Rules
Limit the amount of beach sand brought in the house to a minimal.
Please throw your own trash at check out we will replace the trash lining.
Place all dirty towels in the hamper. Please don’t strip the bed. Master bedroom has a king size bed and 2 nd bedroom has a king size bed
No smoking inside the condo nor the balcony. If you need to smoke please go downstairs outside the front main entrance . Please dispose your own cigarette buds and not on the ground, place them in the trash.
Towels are in the bathroom cabinet and beach towels are in the living room on the towel ladder.
We do have a smart tv with Netflix. The remotes are there one on the night stand and the other one on the coffee table. Please put them back where they were at check out.
You will be given two keys. One for the iron door the second for the entry door.
The fire extinguisher is in the laundry room.
There are a few throws in the basket located under the TV in the living room.
The blow dryer is in the top drawer of the vanity in the master bedroom.
The iron and ironing board are behind the laundry room door.
Washer and dryer are available you need to supply your own detergent. Please empty the lint filter before you leave.
Please make sure you place your trash in the little room outside in the front, there is a little room outside the front door.
We ask that you be a good steward of the electricity used. Please keep it at 75 degrees .
Limit the amount of beach sand brought into the the unit to a minimal.
We only provide two rolls of toilet per bathroom per reservation. 1 roll of paper towels, anything more it is the guests responsibility.
Upon check out please place keys back in the lockbox. Please do not remove sheets and do not wash them same for the towels. If you damage our sheets and towels please be honest and let us know. Also if you or someone with you soils the beds or couches let us know .
NO SMOKING IN THE Unit!!!!!
If you do not want us to charge you for any kind of damages or missing item. Our suggestion is to inventory the house and be mindful to leave the house and property as you found it. You will be held accountable for anything that happens to our home and missing belongings.
NOTE: No subleasing!!!!!

We loved that our bedroom and living room had an ocean view. Condo had everything we needed. Host responded to questions in a very timely manner.
