I gave the home 3 stars for clean. The cleaner left dirty paper towels and dirt and crumbs in the kitchen sink. Other than that, the home was satisfactorally cleaned.My only criticism is not with the owner. We inquired if there was a blender and they said no but would buy one. They did and that was a very nice gesture. The location is superb, the house is cute, the price is good. I would say if they don't have one already, the cleaners need a checklist. We were there for 9 nights. There were no extra trash bags, insufficient toilet paper and only one very small bar of soap. I let the manager know this for the next tenants. I think the correct answer from the manager would be "I'll have the cleaners drop of some extras when they are in the neighborhood, not "Thanks for letting me know." There was no food storage containers or Saran Wrap to facilitate food storage. These are all very small items but should be part of a well stocked house. The tenant should not be responsible for buying these. However, all in all the good vastly outweighed the bad so we would recommend this VRBO.

This was a great location and had everything you needed. Easy to walk to the downtown and large back yard for kids to play in. One bed was much more comfortable then the other but overall, it worked for our purposes.

We greatly appreciated the unit's location, the amenities provided, and the host's flexibilty with check-in and check-out times. The space was as described, though the photos depict a level of cleanliness that is not up-to-date. This unit needs better/deeper cleaning and overall attention to detail. It's a nice unit, and the issues could be easily remedied with appropriate attention.
