The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. The nightly plates in our room was a thoughtful touch

Detergent too strong on the towels and robes. Also no hair conditioner in the shower

Wonderful stay at Aura Suites. We had the Ostria suite and staff and suite was amazing! Loved the breakfast in our room in the mornings by the pool. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Didn’t like the communal breakfast area but we could have breakfast in our room on the patio and that was wonderful. Also feel the overflow area of pool could be cleaned daily as there are tons of dirt and bugs in there.
