Ubicación. Funcional y bien de precio. Si quieres salir de fiesta o de tapeo estas en el corazón del meollo. El dueño muy amable y atento y contestan rápido.
El desayuno muy parco. Preferimos otras opciones. Estaba limpio pero se puede mejorar.

Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung war schön gestaltet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war nett und effizient. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden.
Das Appartment liegt direkt gegenüber einem Club und dementsprechend ist nachts sehr lange Lärm vor dem Haus, aber die Fenster sind sehr gut gedämmt. Das Appartment, insbesondere das Bad sind schon sehr abgewohnt und teilweise auch verschmutzt. Der Boden war auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber nicht gewischt. Auch der Kühlschrank könnte eine Innenreinigung gut vertragen. Das Appartment ist nur über einen Treppenaufgang zu erreichen befindet sich aber im ersten Stock, also nicht so hoch.
