This room was so cozy and had many perks
The only heater is a mini portable heater and cannot move around the room, has to stay by the door so it may be a bit cold

The location is very quiet, with a great view of downtown Seattle at night. The room is very spacious and comfortable. I will not hesitate to book this place again when I need a place for my out of town guests to stay.

Nice studio. We stayed there to be close to an art retreat. It was still 20 min to the retreat but worked well
The cleaning fee seemed high. We were hardly there and left the place spotless. The price was reasonable but should not have had additional charges. We know that is sort of the norm today which will limit our staying at B & Bs

Beautiful and clean. Better than most hotels and a great kitchen. Luxury bathroom!
