We stayed on the fifth floor in room 504. The balcony, overlooking the road that led to the beach and the beautiful ocean, accommodated the living room and both bedrooms. The views were outstanding!!!!
The team that worked there was lovely. Everyone was very responsive when I reached out to them.
The apartment is fully furnished with linens and beach/pool towels. The apartment also had an American coffee maker and all the kitchen utensils you could need including a dishwasher, fridge, and dish towels. There was toilet paper but no paper towels for kitchen.
The beach gets PACKED during the day so get there early or go later in the day and skip the crowds.
The other two properties have better pools.
The property is situated right next to an abandoned building, which is odd but did not impact our stay as it was not visible from our apartment (504).
The pool is small but perfect to take a quick dip or have the kids play. There’s a Jacuzzi on site, but I was told it is privately owned and not for guests to use… That was confusing.
The parking garage is a maze of tight spaces. You are better off parking your car on the street when there is availability. Parking is free outside but is packed during the day with day visitors. Not to worry, they leave every night and there is plenty of parking even in the height of the season.

Close to the beach and spacious rooms
Long and archaic check in process, front desk person didn’t tell us about room safe key or deposit, then made us come up and down multiple times because they didn’t specify we needed a cash deposit. Then each time they cleaned our room they only left 2 towels when it’s explicitly listed that we are 3 people staying in the room. Had to remind them every day of this, when we showed frustration instead of apologizing they just gave us attitude. The balcony door from the room didn’t shut properly so we heard the strong wind and outside noise all night. Oh and the hotel is located next to an abandoned old building that’s tagged with cartel graffiti. 50/50 odds you get a room with that view versus a room with ocean view
