Lovely place, great location. Clean .
Felt that the bathroom radiator let it down and the toilet holder could do with being replaced.

Location was fantastic, we were able to park the car and literally walk to town, beaches etc. It was also nice the cottage had some outside space with a BBQ. Beds were comfortable and washing machine came in handy.
There were a few of key things letting the property down. Theses have already been mentioned in previous feedback but to no avail. Sofa extremely unfortable, dining table and chairs wobbly, outside table and chairs need replacing, covered in rust. Shower screen not fit for purpose, water goes literally everywhere!!! Kitchen would also benefit from a couple of baking sheets.

Lovely property - in an excellent location. Enclosed garden was brilliant for our Cockapoo. Having a parking space in such a central location is a real plus. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious and there was plenty of storage in both of them. Having the downstairs toilet as well as the upstairs bathroom was useful.
Sofa is dreadful and needs replacing.
Rusty table and chairs in garden could probably just be removed - can’t imagine anyone using them and they just take up space. Dining room chairs were also very badly stained and 1 looked to be breaking.

Location parking space
No curtain in lounge meaning sun blazing in making room uncomfortable. Bath panel and worn fixtures and fittings. Not cleaned properly

"Perfect little house in the best location in Tenby. And parking was a definite bonus!"
