The hosts were great. They helped us with the luggage, led us to the room and allowed us to get into the room before check-in time. The room itself was spacious, clean and well-equipped. It was in a great location close to the metro station.
The only thing would be that sometimes you needed to push the flush button for the toilet multiple times to get it to flush.

The communication upon arrival was exceptional.
Antonio's nephew, Joseph speaks very good English and this made it very easy for communication.
They organised transfer/taxi upon arrival from the train station.
Joseph was an exceptional host. I was travelling with my 91year old father and Joseph helped us around Naples. Took us to the best spot to eat Napolitan pizza and night stroll.
The location was very good, lots of restaurants and shops. At night via Chaia comes alive.
I highly recommend and ask for Joseph. He's young and energetic.

Very Modern and Clean Apartment in a great location
The one A/C unit wasn't enough to keep the bedroom cool .
It was a bit awkward having to go down the stairs at night to use the bathroom.
