We really enjoyed how comfortable the property was made to feel. The insulation was awesome considering how cold Ohakune was. Everything about the property was so thoughtfully and carefully accessible and thought out. We went snowboarding on the Saturday and the house was really great to come back to.
There was nothing to dislike, the only thing that didn’t work was the wifi which wasn’t a problem but maybe the password needs to be changed? Also, the view of snowy Ruapehu should be on the cover as a selling point because it was stunning.

The property was quite clean (some items in the kitchen could have been cleaner, but generally things were good). The beds and couch were comfortable, and the spa was a luxurious touch.
I wasn’t able to use the Nespresso because of an issue with the steamer (which needed to be cleaned but couldn’t because the tool was missing).

Very nice place. Everything nice and clean, including the jacuzzi. The place is bright and comfortable. There are two nice cats that come when you go out
Nothing. It could be closer to the center of town but it is quiet and peaceful
